Admission Procedure at Manav Rachna Online University

To apply for fresh admissions to Manav Rachna Centre for Distance and Online Education, candidates are required to fill out an online application form and submit the admission fee online as well. Fresh batches for courses usually begin in January and july of each year, and admission is based on meeting the eligibility criteria for the desired course. Admission procedure, applicants will be directly admitted based on their eligibility for the online courses.

Step 1: Submitting the Online Application Form.

• Online application for admission is submitted through the Manav Rachna Online Admission Portal. Candidates can apply even before receiving their qualifying examination results (XII/Graduation/Diploma) by the due date. A token fee of Rs. 10,000/- is required, payable via Net Banking/Credit/Debit card/E-wallets during application submission. Alternatively, candidates can obtain the Admission Brochure from the Manav Rachna website. After a successful online submission, candidates will receive a unique application number, serving as a Reference Number for future correspondence until admission is confirmed.

Step 2: Uploading Required Documents

When submitting your application, ensure you upload the following documents:

For All Programs:

• Mandatory: Class 10th mark sheet

• Mandatory: Address Proof

For Undergraduate Programs:

• Mandatory: 12th standard mark sheet (if result not yet announced: school ID card + XI class score card / predictive XII class score from school authorities)

For Postgraduate Programs:

• Mandatory: 12th standard mark sheet

• Mandatory: Pre-final Year Mark sheets of higher education qualification.

Step 3: Candidate Selection and Admission Offer

• Qualifying Document: Admission to various programs is determined based on eligibility criteria specified in the Admission Brochure, listed under the section "PROGRAMS OFFERED" for respective programs.

• Seats for programs are allocated according to preferences stated in the application form.

• Selection of candidates for specific programs is based on the actual marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination. Only the overall category is considered; marks from special categories or states are not taken into account.

• Further instructions and details will be communicated via email. Candidates are advised to regularly check both their inbox and SPAM/JUNK folders.

Step 4: Admission Acceptance and Fee Payment

• Upon receiving the Admission Selection Letter, candidates must pay the 1st-year fee within a week using any payment method to confirm their admission offer.

Step 5: Document Verification & Enrollment

• Candidates who have accepted the admission offer are expected to attend the "Document Verification / Enrollment Process" at designated venues according to their assigned slots.

• Prior to the verification process, candidates are required to upload all necessary documents on the Admission Portal.
